Experience:

• Shan has over 10 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and corporate development and strategy.
• Shan started her career at Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking division in Singapore, focusing on M&A, debt and equity capital financings. Subsequently, she also held corporate development and strategy roles at Sea Limited and ONE Championship.
• Prior to joining KV Asia Capital, Shan was with Ikhlas Capital, a private equity firm focused on growth capital in Southeast Asia.
