Experience:

• Mark has over 25 years of experience in private equity and investment banking across Asia, Europe and US.
• He worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, and London during a 11-year tenure in private equity with Warburg Pincus and prior to that, he was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley in New York and Hong Kong.
• Mark has extensive experience across all stages of investment activity, including diligence and investment execution and proactive engagement with investee companies and management teams.
