Prior to joining KV Asia, Hien was an Investment Associate at Mekong Capital, a Vietnam-focused Private Equity firm, where he was involved in deal origination, transaction execution and portfolio management in the financial service, consumer retail and healthcare sectors.

Previously, he also worked at the Deals Advisory Service of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a Senior Associate.

Hien holds a BA in Economics and Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
