23 August, 2013 – Singapore  – KV Asia Capital, the Singapore headquartered private equity firm focused on making significant equity investments in quality mid-sized companies in South East Asia, today announced the US$263 million final closing of its first fund, KV Asia Capital Fund I (the “Fund”).

KV Asia Capital attracted commitments from a diverse range of leading global institutions, including pension funds, endowments, financial institutions, fund of funds and family offices.
